AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
(Obligation to provide information on the basis of Regulation (EU) 2016/679/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.04.2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Official Journal of the EU L 119, p. 1) (hereinafter RODO)
1) Scope of data processing: Identification data, contact and correspondence data, data concerning your activities on our websites and, in the case of joint project implementation, also data concerning offers, orders and contracts concluded, data concerning complaints, including financial data.

3) We process your data for:
- To present the products and services of the company 'Będzie Ładnie - Łukasz Matysiak' (basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO);
- appropriate selection of offers of products and services provided by our company with regard to the user's needs and interests - i.e. for the purpose of profiling, including with the use of automatic processes, in order to analyse the data provided from various sources (including data collected by 'Będzie Ładnie - Łukasz Matysiak', websites) and ultimately to offer the user advertisements or offers corresponding to his/her needs. (basis of Article 6(1)(a) RODO);
- archival (evidential) in pursuit of the legitimate interest of safeguarding information in the event of a legal need to prove facts, possibly to establish, assert or defend against claims (Article 6(1)(f) RODO);
- analytical, i.e. to carry out internal accounts and internal audits, internal reporting (basis under Article 6(1)(f) of the DPA);
- the exercise of your rights, the updating of your data, the maintenance of a customer database combining data from different systems and sources (basis of Article 6(1)(f) RODO);

4) Other than the Administrator, the recipients of your personal data will be companies providing services on our behalf to whom we outsource activities requiring data processing, in particular in the field of IT services, marketing services (e.g. marketing agencies), legal, accounting, market research, companies supporting the organisation and implementation of events;
5) The user's personal data will be processed for marketing purposes for the period in which these purposes resulting from the consent remain valid, until the request to unsubscribe from the newsletter (withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data for this purpose); for the time necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract having as its object the services provided by the Administrator, until the Administrator has fulfilled its legal obligations, for the time necessary for the investigation and defence against potential claims.These periods do not add up;
6) As a user, you have the right of access to the content of your data and the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your data carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. 7) As a user, you have the right to object to the processing of your data in relation to purposes based on our legitimate interests as described above (in which case we will stop processing your data for these purposes unless we can demonstrate that there are compelling legitimate grounds for us to do so which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the data is necessary for us to possibly establish, assert or defend claims). You have the right to object to direct marketing, including profiling.
8) As a user, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Data Protection Authority if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the RODO;
9) Data will come from the following sources: data provided by the user, data collected and made available by or on behalf of the Administrators (correspondence data as above), data on the basis of documents, data from websites, including cookies; with regard to entities conducting business activity, also from the public registers CEIDG and KRS.
